Full-Contour Zirconia
The Marrano team is proud to offer three high-quality full-contour zirconia options. These include HT+, Super High-Translucent Multi-Layered, and HT+ Multi Layered. By utilizing the highest quality zirconia materials we can ensure excellent consistency and reliability. Our FCZ restorations are available with high flexural strength ranging from STML 850 to HT+ 1,250 MPa. Marrano Dental Arts utilizes the latest CAD/CAM equipment to ensure that every full-contour zirconia restoration we craft offers excellent margins and contours. We fabricate both anterior and posterior full-contour zirconia crown and bridges from singles to full arch. We also ensure that the surfaces of these restorations are smooth which provides that are gentle on opposing, natural teeth.
Porcelain-Fused-to-Zirconia
If your patient requires extreme esthetics for a cosmetic case, then our porcelain-fused-to-zirconia restorations are an excellent option. We craft these crowns and bridges by layering beautiful porcelain on top of a durable, full-contour zirconia substructure. The porcelain benefits from the translucency of the zirconia, and PFZ crowns offer a warmer appearance than porcelain-fused-to-metal alternatives. They also provide an overall improved appearance when compared to PFMs, which may sometimes provide esthetic challenges like discoloration or dark lines along the gingiva.
IPS e.max®
IPS e.max® is an extremely esthetic all-ceramic option. We craft these crowns and bridges out of lithium disilicate glass-ceramic, prepared as a full-contour or cut-back and layered with porcelain. IPS e.max® is versatile due to its multiple ingot options of translucency. It is also 2.5 to 3 times stronger than layered ceramic, making it a good option for anterior and posterior cases. With over 15 years of success it is a reliable restorative solution that provides extreme beauty, longevity, and durability. With its high flexural strength, fracture risk is minimal.
Full Gold
Our full gold crowns and bridges are trustworthy solutions backed by long-standing clinical success. Our team fabricates them with lifelike contours and great attention to detail. They are biocompatible and are incredibly gentle on opposing dentition. Our full gold restorations have withstood the test of time.
PMMA Temporaries
Our PMMA temporaries are an excellent option when your patient needs a temporary, esthetic solution while their final restoration is still being fabricated. Our team expertly crafts these temporaries to offer a precise fit and lifelike esthetics. In addition to protecting your patient’s confidence, these provisional crowns also protect their smile during the interim period.
